This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the dashboard at https://gameap.cloud/dashboard/. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; the service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No cancellation fee applies.
You may also delete your account entirely, which cancels every subscription on it.
Refunds for consumers in the EU and the UK
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
Because the service starts immediately, at checkout you are asked to expressly request that it does, and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you gave that consent, we may retain a proportionate amount for what has already been supplied; the rest is refunded. If you did not, and supply has not begun, you receive a full refund.
To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to support [at] gameap.cloud. We process refunds within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used.
Refunds in other cases
For business customers and consumers outside the EEA and the UK, we refund the unused part of a paid period where:
- the service was materially unavailable or did not work as described, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time;
- we changed a plan in a way that materially reduced what you paid for;
- you were charged in error, or charged twice.
Amounts already consumed — storage used, snapshots taken, monitoring checks performed — are not refunded.
How refunds are paid
Purchases are made through our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., so refunds are issued through them, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money can take a few further business days to appear.
Requesting a refund
Write to support [at] gameap.cloud from the address registered to your account, saying which subscription is concerned and what happened. We aim to reply within 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
